How long does it take to receive my jewel?
Our jewels are made in Barcelona, on customer’s order, to ensure reasoned manufacturing and quality. Our jewels in collections take 4 weeks to manufacture.
If it’s an urgent gift, don’t hesitate to contact us: we’ll do what’s necessary to shorten this time.
Once your jewel has been made, the delivery time to the address indicated on your online order depends on the country you are in:
- For Spain, it takes 3 working days to receive your jewel.
- For Europe, it takes 5 working days to receive your jewel.
- For the United States, it takes 1 to 2 weeks to receive your jewelry, depending on the state concerned.
- For international deliveries, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery, depending on the country concerned.
How does delivery work and how much does it cost?
Delivery costs :
BARCELONA: jewel to be picked up at the showroom or free standard delivery.
SPAIN / EU: free standard delivery.
USA: delivery costs €60.
INTERNATIONAL: delivery costs €60.
Delivery procedure :
In all countries except the USA, your package is delivered by UPS.
Your parcel is insured up to the value of the jewel.
Our team sends you a personal email on the day your parcel is dispatched with its tracking number, and the carrier also sends you tracking notifications.
Your jewel is delivered to you personally.
For shipments to the United States, our carrier is DHL.
DHL sends you tracking notifications for your package.
DHL delivers directly to your door, subject to signature and presentation of identification.
