I was attracted by their ethical mining value proposition. The designs are also special, something out of the existing mainstream patterns. Their approach was very professional and with care. They helped me get the ring by delivering it to me and being private about it. I am very happy with the way I was treated and with the product itself.

We had such a wonderful experience with Aurelie and the LUM team in crafting a wedding band. We are based out of the US but visited her store when visiting Barcelona and immediately were met with professionalism and respect in discussing what we were looking for to symbolize our special day. After our initial consultation we continued the process remotely and Aurelie was so easy to communicate with to finish designing the ring to our specifications, and to work out the logistics and purchasing from and shipping to the US. We were so delighted with the final product.

Her whole vibe and style is undeniable and perfectly encapsulated in the LUM showroom. I worked with Aurelie to design a custom engagement ring, throughout this process I was grateful for Aurelie's patience and expertise. All of the materials she uses are high quality and ethically sourced, this is something that was very important to me. In the end we perfectly realised the vision for the ring at a very fair price point.

I had the most beautiful experience at LUM choosing my engagement ring with my partner on Christmas Eve in 2021. Aurelie was lovely & welcoming & the boutique store is so beautiful it felt like a really idyllic afternoon. We loved it so much that of course we chose to go back to select our wedding bands. My husband selected one of the bands that were in store whilst I had a custom band made to compliment the engagement ring we'd bought the previous year. Would highly recommend a visit for anyone wanting to have a unique and ethical experience.

Every time I go to LUM, it's an absolute joy! I love how every piece is not only beautiful, but also ethically sourced. Aside from the jewellery, the service is also incredible. The founder, Aurélie, goes out of her way to make you feel welcome from the first moment you enter the showroom. I can't recommend LUM highly enough.
