Shipping to Spain is free for all orders over € 300.
If the jewel you want to order is available in our stock in the desired size, we can send it to you in 48 hours in Spain and in 72 hours in Europe, through a secure transport company.
If it is not available, it will be produced for you in our workshop. The manufacturing and delivery time is approximately 4 to 10 weeks. You can contact our customer service by email at contact@lum-barcelona.com, who will inform you of the stock availability of the pieces of your choice and confirm the time delivery.
We guarantee that the shipment of your jewelry is insured by a specialized carrier. We have selected our carriers for their reliability. This delivery is completely safe and your jewelery is insured until delivery to the address you choose.
Also, for added security, the LUM name never appears on packages.
All our pieces are delivered in their LUM case. We offer you the possibility of attaching a personalized message to the shipment. It must be specified when ordering.
Each LUM jewel is handmade to order so returns, exchanges, & in-store credit are not available.
